Around Straya
Airlie Beach was on our number 1 place to visit. The Caravan Park there has a really nice water park for the kids so we spent two nights there as a treat since we could not go and visit the Whitsunday Islands due to expense! What a treat it was! There was the water park (which we spent the whole day in), little go-carts for the kids, a little animal park and we also went down to the beach to see the beautiful torquise water that makes the place amazing! We had breakfast on the beach together and made note that nobody was swimming in the water, even with a supposed stinger net! It was a short but special time.
